Our thick-film heaters are a solution for a variety of applications. As we produce the heating elements according to your specifications we are able to deliver them from quantity 1. The heaters are produced exclusively in Germany, of course with highest degree of quality.

Heat up speed

Due to the printed thick-film layers and the low thermal mass the heating elements heat up very quickly. Thus, the desired temperature can be reached in a short time with a heating rate of up to 50 K/s.

Moisture resistance

The result of the screen printing process is a gas-tight layer with a surface similar to glass. Accordingly, the heaters are moisture-resistant and ready for use at any time!

Choice of substrate

The thick-film heating element can be applied to certain sorts of steel or ceramic. Depending on the application one of both materials is chosen.

Adjustability

A thick-film heating element is designed according to your specifications. Each heating element is as unique as the intended application.

High temperature

Do you need a thick-film heating element in a hot environment? No problem for them. They work flawlessly at a temperature up to 600 °C.

High dielectric strength

It is possible to use the heating elements with every voltage. They exhibit a dielectric strength of up to 1.5 kV.

Technology - process and production conditions

The thick-film components are carefully produced by using the screen printing process in our ISO-class 7 cleanroom.
